No. This is the question we get most, and the answer is a clear no. We mentor you through writing your own paper: your mentor guides your methodology, reviews your drafts, challenges your reasoning and prepares you for peer review. You do the writing. If you want someone to hand you a finished manuscript with your name on it, we are the wrong agency.

An experienced researcher in your field working alongside you — someone who has published what you are trying to publish, who will tell you where your design is weak, what a reviewer will attack, and how to fix it. Most authors find that far more valuable than a document, because it is the difference between one paper and a career.

No. They did not author your paper, so they should not appear on it. Mentoring, methodological guidance and review do not meet the criteria for authorship at any reputable journal. If your mentor ever made a genuine authorship-level contribution, that would be a conversation to have openly with your journal — but that is not the service we provide.

No, and please be careful with anyone who says they can. Acceptance in a legitimate peer-reviewed journal depends on your work and independent reviewers. What we can do is materially improve your odds: a stronger design, a clearer contribution, a realistic journal choice, and a proper response to reviewers.

Yes — mentoring is how academia has always worked. Supervisors, co-authors, reading groups and colleagues all shape research. What is not ethical is having someone else do the intellectual work and claiming it as yours. The distinction is exactly where we draw our line, and why we built approval into the software rather than leaving it to good intentions.

We help you target reputable, indexed journals — including SCIE, SSCI, ESCI and Scopus-listed titles — and prepare a submission that gives your work its best honest chance. We choose journals based on fit and quality, and we never use predatory or paid-acceptance outlets.

You do. Your data, your ideas and your manuscript remain entirely yours. We claim no rights over your work.

It depends entirely on scope — a single methodology consultation and a six-month mentoring engagement are very different things. Tell us what you need and we will quote before any work begins. No surprise fees.

No. Your mentor sees your research topic, method and drafts — never your name, institution, email or country. This is enforced in the software, not just promised: there is no screen anywhere in our system that shows a mentor a client identity.

You will see their expertise, approach, experience and plan — everything you need to judge the fit — but not their name or contact details. The separation protects both of you and keeps quality review meaningful.

No. Your files are stored outside the public web under randomised names, are never shared over public links, and are served only after a permission check. Public pages carry no-index and no-cache directives, so an unpublished manuscript cannot be crawled, cached, or captured by a plagiarism tool before you publish.

Our administrators can, because we review quality and mediate the relationship. They are bound by confidentiality obligations. Your mentor cannot see your identity, and no other client can see anything of yours.

Apply through our sign-up page and choose the specialist option. An application is not an account: a person reviews every applicant and verifies field, method expertise and publication record before approving anyone, and you cannot sign in until we have. Including an ORCID iD or Google Scholar link makes that much faster.

No. Every proposal you submit carries an explicit integrity declaration, and our model is built around the client authoring their own work. If ghostwriting is what you are looking for, we are not your agency.

No — and they will not know who you are. All communication is mediated by Authiq. This protects your professional position as much as their privacy.
