Authiq is a research mentoring agency. We connect academic authors with experienced specialists who help them strengthen their own work — not replace it.
Our purpose
Every year, sound research is rejected because of a methodological gap the author couldn't see, a contribution that was never made explicit, or a reviewer's objection nobody anticipated. Meanwhile, researchers working outside well-resourced institutions — or in a second language — face all of that with far less support.
Authiq exists to close that gap honestly: by giving authors access to experienced mentors who will teach them, challenge them, and prepare them for peer review.
Our philosophy
We believe the author must remain the author. Not as a legal formality, but because a researcher who has been coached through their own paper can defend it, extend it, and write the next one alone. A researcher handed a finished manuscript has learned nothing and risks everything.
That belief shapes every decision we make — including the ones that cost us business.

We are a mentoring agency
We match you with a specialist, mediate the working relationship, review quality, and support you through submission and revision.
We are an intermediary
All communication runs through Authiq. This protects both sides: your identity, your mentor's identity, and the professionalism of the relationship.
We are not a writing service
We do not produce manuscripts for clients to publish under their own name. If that's what you're looking for, we're the wrong agency — sincerely.
We are not a publication broker
We have no arrangements with journals, cannot buy your way into one, and would not want to. Your acceptance must be earned on the merits.
Our specialists
Every Authiq mentor is reviewed and verified by a person before they are approved. Each holds a research degree, has published in peer-reviewed journals, and has agreed in writing to our integrity standards before ever seeing a project.
Verified expertise
We check field, method and publication record. A mentor is only offered work that genuinely matches what they've actually done.
Declared integrity
Every proposal a mentor submits carries an explicit declaration that they will coach rather than ghostwrite, and will not fabricate or plagiarise.
Reviewed work
Nothing a mentor produces reaches you until we have reviewed it. Quality control is our job, not yours.
