Your identity is never shown to your mentor, and theirs is never shown to you. That isn't a promise we ask you to trust — it's how the software is built. Identities are separated at the database level and every access is checked and logged.
Your unpublished research is stored outside the public web, is never shared over public links, and can only be downloaded by someone with a verified right to see it — so it can't be leaked, crawled or picked up by a plagiarism checker.
